Greater Beverly Business Awards – February
Each year the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce hosts the Greater Beverly Business Awards at the Danversport Yacht Club to celebrate the dedication and commitment of the business talent and the entrepreneurial spirit that exists in the Greater Beverly area. The upscale event recognizes the exceptional talent of the business men and women who make a difference in our business community. In addition to the business awards, the Greater Beverly Chamber also presents the Leslie S Ray Hall of Fame Award to an individual who has made a significant difference with the business community and for the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce.
Annual Health and Wellness Expo – March
Hosted at the North Shore Mall in Peabody, don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your business to thousands of potential customers on the north shore. The Greater Beverly, Peabody Area and Salem Chambers of Commerce stage this event to give business the opportunity to take advantage of the incredible Saturday foot traffic at this busy mall.
Legislative Breakfast – April
The Legislative Breakfast Series is a premier legislative and political forum. Each breakfast unites compelling, well-known speakers and state legislators with more than 100 business leaders. the series strikes a balance between public policy and intriguing dialogue while presenting the opportunity to develop strong relationships with legislators and public officials.
Greater Beverly Business Showcase – May
the Business Expo and networking event is held every year at the North Shore Music Theatre. the event typically begins at 5pm with networking and cocktails in the theatre lobby, along with a short presentation in the theatre by NSMT owner Bill Hanney, previewing their upcoming season. After that short on stage presentation, the event moves across the courtyard to the theatre Arts and Education building for the Greater Beverly Business Showcase, where we expect at least 50 businesses to exhibit their products or services until 8pm. The event will be promoted to hundreds of north shore businesses, residents and north shore music theatre patrons. Over 450 people attend this highly publicized event.
Annual Golf Tournament – June
The annual golf tournament is held at the beautiful Beverly Golf and Tennis Club. This best-ball tournament is scheduled in June of every year and starts at noon with a boxed lunch, then a shot gun start at 1:30. Your golf fee includes lunch, 18 holes of golf, a cart, a fabulous dinner, live auction and great door prizes. Bankers compete for the prized “Bankers Cup” and even non-golfers are welcome to join after the golf is over, for a fantastic buffet dinner and silent and live auction. It’s a terrific day for golfers and hacks alike!
Annual Fall Gala – $10k Game
A chance to win $10k, dinner, a cash bar, prizes and auction items are just some of the reasons our event is a huge success each year. Over 250 business leaders attend with a strong representation from the local business communities of Beverly, Danvers, Hamilton and Wenham. At these themed event, we will give away $10k.
Year-Round Initiatives
#KEEPITLOCAL
Our Keep It Local compaign seeks to encourage local citizens and businesses to keep their dollars in their community by shopping, dining and making use of the services of businesses located in Beverly, Danvers, Hamilton and Wenham. The #KEEPITLOCAL fliers and door decals can found all around the downtown and business districts that the GBCC supports.

John King, President of Headway Strategies, hosts one of BevCam’s leading business shows with a focus on business topics such as #KEEPITLOCAL, business awards, local businesses, strategies, business plans and more. Sponsored and produced by the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce.
