Leslie Gould
Executive Director
Leslie Gould brings 25 years of non-profit management in the Chamber industry to the GBCC. Gould led the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce for nine years and the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. Under her leadership, both Chambers experienced growth in membership, board development, events and programming while branding the organization’s relevance within the community.
As executive director, Gould oversees all aspects of the organization and enjoys talking with members and promoting their stories. She thrives on creating new programs, events, and possibilities while working with committee volunteers leading to organizational growth.
Leslie currently sits on both the Commonwealth Corporation Board of Directors and the S.T.E.M. Advisory Council; both positions appointed by Governor Baker. In Lynn she organized several economic development studies with N.U. and SSU. In Marblehead she was recognized as the “Most Valuable Promoter” by the MA Retailer’s Association, received a Paul Harris Fellow as a member of the Marblehead Rotary Club and at the GBCC secured a 100,000 Cummings Foundation Grant.

Leslie is a native of Swampscott, MA. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in broadcast journalism. Prior to the Chamber, she worked at Marblehead’s local cable TV station MHTV both on-air and in production. She currently lives in Gloucester with her two children Jude, and Lyla.
Donna Musumeci

Donna Musumeci is a management and executive support professional, having worked in government, corporate, and higher education industries. Most recently, she served in public service as the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Mayor for the City of Newburyport, where she served the administration during the most critical time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her prior experience in corporate included a career with American Airlines in various management capacities in airport operations and security, customer service, administration, sales, and account management.
Donna also worked in higher education, with over 10+ years supporting senior leadership at both Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Montserrat College of Art, where she provided executive support in administration, board governance, academic affairs, and advancement operations.
Donna lives in Beverly with her husband Joel. She has served on the Board of Directors for The Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, and Beverly Main Streets. She also worked in several volunteer capacities in local public and private education when raising her daughter Molly. She is thrilled to be joining the Chamber as Communications and Membership Manager and looks forward to supporting the Greater Beverly community.
