Letter From The President
Dear Valued Members:
I am proud and honored to serve as President of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce. In this leadership role, I see myself as a conduit for the continued passion our members and volunteers embody for the organization. With these incredibly dedicated and devoted business colleagues our mission of community, collaborations and connections is a living and ever-expanding program of work.
During these challenging times, the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) stood by our members communicating up-to–date State and local information, collaborated with our local elected officials and State delegation to create solutions during the pandemic. The GBCC collaborated with the SBA for on-line resource funding seminars, we promoted members on our digital communications and continually hosted on-line networking and in-person events to keep us all connected. Our GBCC stepped-up to serve our business members and community-at-large.
As we transition back to in-person or hybrid business routine, the GBCC will continue to offer the array of high-quality services, programs, and initiatives to help your business succeed.
2022 is on track to be a year of growth for the GBCC as we expand and create several critical member benefits.
We have re-launched our monthly, in-person Government Affairs Committee. The GAC will invite all members to participate at the table to discuss local and state economic and workforce development issues.
Watch for a redeveloped, technically modernized GBCC website to launch by mid-year! Our new website will feature user-friendly navigation and functions to engage the viewer experience Lastly, by year-end, the GBCC will launch a community-wide gift certificate program; a perfect #keepitlocal gift for all occasions. The gift certificate will encourage shopping locally, promote our members and will keep dollars in our community.
The GBCC community is driven by creative, community-minded people who are passionate about the positive, productive, and relevant work we do.
If you’re a current member, we thank you for your investment in your local business organization. If you are not a member yet, consider joining by reviewing all we offer at GreaterBeverlyChamber.com or make an appointment to see our team of Leslie Gould and Robin Foster at info@greaterbeverlychamber.com
